Moshev Zekainim U’Zekainos in the Holy City of Jerusalem one of the beautiful institutions in the old settlements, established in 1873 on the desolated hillside facing the entrance to the ciy. During the years it suffered frequently as other Jerusalem institutions from considerable budgetary distress.
