Rabbi Menachem Mendel Menchin Emanual Rabinovitz (1890-1987), was born to Rabbi Avraham Aryeh Lipshitz Ab”d of Mohilev which is on the banks of the Dnieper River. (Russia, today Belarus). He ascended to Israel 1926 and continued to lead in Rabanut in many communities in the diaspora. Authored many seforim, among are “Shuvu Al Haborai” – ‘Divrei Menachem’ (1931), “Nechpesha Derucheinu VeNashuvu el hashem” (1932), “Melitzai Yosher” (1940), “Razin Temirim – Lekutai Menachem” (1937), “Tikun Hamidot, Refuat VeCheshbon Hanefesh – Nishmas Menachem” (1937), “Sheiri Menachem” (1939), and more. In his Seforim he calls himself with different names.
