Very rare! [4] bills value of 1, 5, 10, 20 that was given out by the hand of the Rabbi of Lubavitz on the day of his 81st birthday. 11th day of Nison 1983. The bills are a pretty frame decorated in ivory and gems.

At the back of the frame is written,” הצלחה רבה הרבי בן 81 י”א ניסן תשמ”ג 5.3.81″.
