“Nachalat Yisrael – Ramah” is a joint association who work to rescue land in Jerusalem area, and build neighborhoods in Jerusalem as resurrection of the Jewish nation in our Land. The heads of the association request to build and set up orthodox neighborhoods in Nabi Samuel and the area. The management included heads of the old settlements and liberators of land. known from them: R’ Yaakov Mandelbaum, Yitzchok Rubinstien, and Yitzchok Tzvi Rivlin from Mizrachi Rabbanim.

Establishing publicizing the Association was one of the catalysts for the rise of the Jews of Yemen ‘אעלה בתמר’ (in the year 1882).

After many ups and downs, especially after the riots of 1929. They left the neighborhood and finished the glowing period of this association.
