And so too brought ‘regulations set for by our Rabbis and Geonim shlit”a and also passionat letter from Meron Rabbi Avraham Yitzchok Hakohen Kook and HaGoan Rabbi Aba Yaakov HaKohen Bruchov Gab”d Volkvisk. On the letter of Harav Kook there is a hand written addition ‘זצלה”ה’, At the time of the publication of the announcement Elul 1935, Harav Kook passed away and was buried on Har HaZaysim.
