Original boycott (Cherem) that was put by the Rabbanim of Jerusalem in the year 1956 on learning in the schools that teach foreign language. Later copy was publisized in the 1930’s.

Amongs the signatures of the original announcement are Great scholars of Jerusalem: Rabbi Yeshaya Bardaki son-in-law of Rabbi Yisrael of Sklov, student of the Gr”a, HaGaon Rabbi Yosef Zundel of Salant, Rabbi of R’ Yisrael Salant, HaGaon Rabbi Nachum Bhrm”a, from the first immigrants who immigrated with honor to live in Eretz Yisrael.
