כתובה דאירכסא Ketubah Deirkesa, Prepared Ketubah Document with empty space to fill in the personal details, decorated with engraving, the caption ‘Simon Tov –V’Mazel Tov’ and the caption ‘ממזרח שמש עד מבואו מהולל שם יי’ With illustrations of royal crown, lions, plants. On the side of the pages of the Ketubah are brought within the framed caption,”ראה חיים עם אשה אשר אהבת, ‘מצא אשה מצא טוב ויפק רצון מה’ הטוב’.

כתובה דאירכסא The great sages set forth to write the Ketubah to assure the woman’s rights, ‘So that it will not be easy for him to send her away’. Therefore if the original Ketubah is lost it is an obligation to write a new Ketubah for the woman, this is called כתובה דאירכסא.
Tzukerman Publishing was established in the Muslim Quarter of Jerusalem in the year 1872 by Shemual Zuckerman, Was transferred outside of the Old City in the year 1925. After the passing of Shemual Zuckerman the printing company was taken over by his son Chaim Yaakov Zuckerman until 1947.
Folding marks, a few stains, and taped tears, damage at the bottom right corner with no damage to the text. Fair – good condition.
