Damage and missing at the corner of the four first pages, stained, stripped disconnected cover, part of the editing is damaged following the cutting of the pages. Fair – good condition.
The gaon and righteous Rabbi Ben-Zion Wezel [1864-1938], served as Av Beit Din of Turda in Transylvania (Romania) for thirty-six years, and as President of the Orthodox Congregation of Transylvania, ordained by his Rabbi the Kedushat-Yom-Tov of Siget.
בפטירתו אמר עליו הגה"צ רבי שלמה זלמן ערנרייך, אב"ד שימלוי:
