Rabbi Eleizer Fleckles (1754-1726) from the great Rabbanim of Prague and exceptional student of the "Nodah BeYehuda" who served as Dayan in Prague Beit Din (courthouse), Rosh Yeshiva, and lecturer and from the great Poskei Halacha. He published his sefer "Teshuva M’Ahava" three parts which is popular for generations. Between the years 1779-1783 (at the age of 25) he served as Ab"d in Guettin (Mähren), and from the year 1783 he was appointed and Dayan and Raba"d in Prague, the city of his birth.
