‘Kvitel’ submitted to the ‘Chazon Ish’, including a hand written list of names of people and the name of their mother, to pray for salvation and recovery. On the back of the note the Chazon Ish added the name "Esther Malka bas Rachel Leah". 


Background: Many references arrived to Rabbi Avraham Yeshaye Karelitz, the Chazon Ish, for advice and guidance, for blessing and prayers. At times the Rav added on the back of the notes he received additional names to remember to pray for their salvation.
