Page of names for remembrance, written on both sides, personally handwritten by the Holy oldest of the Mekubalim Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri, in it he mentioned detailed requests and names that were brought before him, and with the actual hand writing of the Holy Gaon and mekubal he addresses the plight and suffering of those mentioned and under most Rabbi Yitzchak wrote combinations of sheimos according to kabbalah, signs of lines and shapes according to esoteric and secrets.

HaGaon HaTzadik and mekubal Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri ‘Zekan Hamekubalim’. Was born in Bagdad in the year 1899.
His father was a hidden Tzadik and merchant of perfumes, he sent him to learn in the famous ‘Medrash Beit Zilka’. As a child he met there the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Chaim from Bagdad the "Ben Ish Chai". According to the legend the Ben Ish Chai praised and applauded the young child. At the age of 17 he lectured before great sages in Bagdad,The sages and Mekabulim requested of him not to increase his lectures in the future for fear of an evil eye.
In the year 1922 he ascended to Israel and learned in Yeshiva of Mekabulim ‘Shoshanim L’David’ and he also learned Torah in Yeshivat Porat Yosef in the Old City of Jerusalem by Chacham Efraim HaKohen.
For many years he earned a livelyhood from working as a book binder in the Bucharim Neighborhood of Jerusalem, where he lived and was called ‘R’ Yitzchok the binder’ and his secret was not revealed only to the scholars of kabalah in Jerusalem. Later he started being famous and his name was known throughout the country. He stood at the head of the Yeshivat of mekubalim "Nachalat Yitzchok", that was established to learn the intentions of prayers according to the Hrsh"sh and he was affectionately called ‘Zekan HaMekubalim’. From all corners of the world they flocked to accepts his blessings, Kemaot, and segulot according to hidden secrets.

He passed away at a good old age on the 29th day of Teives 2006 he was given great honor  by his funeral thousands of people attended. He was buried on Har HaMenuchot and his grave became the focus of many requests for help and salvation for the public and the individual.
