Very rare! Very long document spread out on two pages hand written by the Holy Admo" r ‘Pnei Menachem’ of Gur during the years he served the Agudat Yisrael movement in Israel.
In the document, the Rabbi’s small, condensed and beautiful hand writing, specifies the basic purpose of the activities of Agudat Yisrael in Israel, the ways of running the Moetzes Gedolai HaTorah, the impact on Rabbanim and Roshei Yeshivot to join the Agudat Yisrael specifically in the field of chinuch.
On the subject of chinuch (- education) the Admo" r wrote by hand: to organize lectures by Gedolai Yisrael for teachers and Rabbis about the primary purpose of chinuch.
In the area of strengthening religion the Rabbi wrote: processing programs to strengthen religion. To send speakers all over to encourage the public in the area of strengthening religion: keeping Shabbat, family purity, mikvaot, tzenuot (modesty), to warn against the pursuit of luxury and waste, shatnez, ribis (interest), shmita, and Kashrut [and many kinds of problems arising from time to time in religious matters] for this purpose it is necessary to spread announcements with signatures of Gedolai HaTorah.
In fascinating detail the Rabbi went step by step, to all requests, on matters of the organization and matters of the Israeli people.
The Rabbi stressed: בעיקר לדאוג להעלות את הרמה התורנית המוסרית החינוכית ויראת שמים במוסדות החינוך – mainly to worry to raise the level of traditional education of Torah and Yirat Shemayim (fair of heaven) in the educational institutions.
At the end of the list the Rabbi added a note signed with the initials of his name.
[2] official papers, stained, all hand written.
