A certificate handwritten and signed by Rabbi Chaim Yisrael ShalomYekutiel Rabinowitz, on a leaf of the Beit Din Tzeddek of Szydłowiec. [1935]. His stamp appears on the margins of the certificate.
The certificate contains a recommendation for the Gaon Rabbi Mordechei Yehuda shlita Buchhinder, who is now actually serving as a rabbi in our town at the Chevrat Shas Synagogue.

Rabbi Chaim Yisrael ShalomYekutiel Rabinowitz was the son of Rabbi Nathan David Rabinowitz of Szydłowiec (Shidlowtze), son ofRabbi Shraga Yair of Białobrzegi son of the first Rabbi Nathan David of Szydłowiec and grandson of Ha’Yehudi Ha’Kadosh. He married the daughter of the Holy Rabbi Moshe Betzalel son of the Sefas Emes of Gur.
He was born in 1889. At the age of twenty, he was appointed Av Beit Din of Szydłowiec, in the area of Lublin. He served as the last rabbi of the community there. In Tishrei 1942, he was sent to the camps and murdered by the Nazis together with all the members of his community.
