Written on the cover page of "Divrei Yehonosson’ is as follows:
"I copied from old manuscripts that was almost completely gone from wear and tear, with many errors. With much toil, worked to remove all obstacles and errors, to prepare and organize them in a pleasant way". According to what is written in the endorsement of the sefer, the manuscript used to print, was written by disciples of Rabbi Yehonosson Eybeschutz:
"והמה ממקורו מקור מים חיים נובע, אשר תלמידיו העוטרים סביב כבודו שמעו אמריו כי נעמו ויחוקו אמריו בעט שמיר שמור לדורות".
When comparing the hand writing it was found that these pages are handwritten by Rabbi Yedidya Tia-Weil ab"d Karlsruhe (son of the author of ‘Korban Netanel"), from the great disciples of Rabbi Yehonosson Eybeschutz.
Rabbi Yedidya Tia Weil (1721-1805), from great scholars of the generation. Rav in the city of Karlsruhe and author of many hand written transcriptions. Son of the ‘Korban Netanel’ Rabbi Yaakov Nathanael Weil of Karlsruhe and revered disciple of the holy Rabbi Yehonosson Eibeschitz. Until the age of 10 he learned by his father and then learned in the Yeshiva of Rabbi Yehonosson Eibeschitz. In the year 1743 (after his Rabbi left a year before and traveled to Metz) he left Prague and traveled to Breslau (Wrocław). He alsolearned by Moron the Noda BeYehuda.
