In the letter the Gaon Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank stresses Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldewnberg, to immediately publish a brochure against the phenomenon of the Karaites: ‘כי השעה צריכה לכך הנוגעת לכל כלל ישראל’ (Because time is of essence this pertains to all of the Jewish people).
