Letter about charity and benevolence and assistance of livelihood, all hand written by the holy ‘Noam Eliezer’ Rabbi Eliezer Zusiya of Skulen, requesting help for a Jew whose fortune unfortunately has been lost.
In the letter the Rabbi repeated his full, holy blessings:
" הנני אפוא שנית לברכו בברכת הדיוט יהי רצון מלפני אדון כל שבהשגתו [השגחתו] הפרטית יעזור לו שיגמר ענינו בכי טוב ויצליחהו ה’ ובכל מעשיו יעשה חיל ויזכה לגדל את צאצאיו בדרך התורה ויראת ה’ טהורה ולראות בהם נחת דקדושה ויזכה לעשות מעשים טובים בהרחבה נחת וענג על ה’ בתוך כו’…
The letter was sent to the venerable Rabbi Aharon Ahronsohn of Holland, from the heads of the Jewish community in Amsterdam, from the leaders of Agudat Yisrael and great activist for the sake of Heaven, who indeed merited to acquire the blessings from the letter of the Holy Rabbi the ‘Noam Eliezer’, he lived a good and long life and merited to lots of pleasure from his off springs and succeeded in all his endeavors.
