Letter of blessings, filled with love, and an abundance of compassion and mercy for children, life and bountiful of wealth, by the holy Rabbi Yaakov son of the holy Rabbi Meir of Shotz, from the time he lived in the city of Shotz, which was sent to his close friend who opened his home and his heart to accommodate the holy Rabbi.
The great modesty and the degree of his gratitude which the holy Rabbi of Shotz conducted himself is evident in the letter. 
The words of the letter are full of blessing and success for all good, As the Rabbi writes: " הנני לברכו שיהי’ תמיד עם כל בני ביתו שיחי’ בבריאות השלימות ויתברך ממקור הברכות בהשפעות והצלחות ובכל מיני ברכות וברב הונא וברב חיי וברב חסדא ומזלו וקרנו יתרומם למעלה ולמעלה ויקבל תענוג ונית ביחד עם ז’ שתח’ מכל יוצאי חלציהם שיחי’ ויזכה עד מאה ועשרים שנים לעסוק במצות ובמעשים טובים מתוך הרחבה ובדעת צלולה וישכון באהלו אך ששון ושמחה".
The letter is all hand written by the holy Rabbi of Shotz and signed with his signature and his stamp.
The Holy Rabbi Yoel Shotz, from the leaders of the righteous Chassidut in Shotz (Suceava), Bukovina., grandson of the holy Rabbi Yosef of Yampil (son of the holy Magid Rabbi Yechiel Michel of Zlotchov), who was the son in law of the Holy Grand Rebbe Meir of Premishlan. Thousands flocked to his doors to accept his blessing and he was renowned for his virtue of dispensing lots of charity and benevolence and redeeming of captives. His righteous Rebbetzen was the renowned Mrs. Miriam Chaya, daughter of the holy Rabbi Meir’l of Premishlan, who was famous all over the world for his power of prayers and blessings and many flocked to him to accept his abundance of salvation.
His son the holy Rabbi Meir who was named after his great and holy grandfather of Premishlan, continued the holy courtyard of his great father. Was the son-in-law of the holy Rabbi Yitzchak Rubin of Brod (Brody) from Ropshitz descendants (son-in-law of the holy Saar Shalom of Belz). Thousands streamed to his great courtyard which flourished in his days.
The son of Rabbi Meir was the Admor Rabbi Yaakov, writer of this letter,  son-in-law of the holy Rabbi Sinei Halberstam of Żmigród. He as well continued the chain of his holy fathers in the city of Shotz and was famous in the whole area as a revered sage, he was very unassertive and modest, wonder worker and Oved Hashem. Later he immigrated to Israel and lived in Haifa.
