Sefer Parashat Derachim, deep sermons about various topics, authored by Rabbi Judah Rosanes author of ‘Mishne LeMelech’ on Rambam, Venice 1743.

Rabbi Judah Rosanes (1657-1726). From great commentators on the Rambam, from sages of Kushta (Constantinople), learned Torah from Rabbi Shamuel HaLevi disciple of the Maharit. His great students were Rabbi Yaakov Kuli author of sefer ‘Me’am Lo’ez’, commentaries, Midrashim and Agadot on Parashiot of Torah, in Ladino language (who also prepared his Rabbi’s sefer ‘Mishne LeMelech’ on Mishne Torah of the Rambam).
Printed on the cover page in error is the year printed ‘תק"נ’, which was actualy (1743) ‘תק"ג’. (So it appears in the Hebrew book bibliography. Also printed on the last page is the permit to print the sefer, the date on this document is Tamuz 1742, which confirms this.)
[2], 76 pages. 27 cm.
Front cover and several pages are disconnected, moth holes, missing spinal binding, stained. Fair – good condition.
