The Holy Rabbi Yeshayah Mushkat, born to Rabbi Moshe (Chassid of the holy Maggid of Koznitz), married the daughter of the holy Rabbi Yitzchak of Radvil (the match was made by the Holy Chozeh of Lublin). Was a disciple of the Holy Maggid of Koznitz, of his son Rabbi Moshe Eliyakim Briah, and of his father-in-law Rabbi Yitzchak of Radvil. After the passing of his father-in-law he was appointed as Admor in his place. At the beginning he served the town of Szydłowiec and additional communities, in 1840 he was appointed to serve as Rav in Praga suburb of Warsaw. Was from the great Rabbanim of Warsaw, along with the holy Chidushei Harim of Gur, the holy Rabbi Yitzchak of Vorka, and Rabbi Chaim Meir Yechiel of Mogielnica.
