The holy Rabbi Yisrael of Husyatin (1858-1948), venerable eldest righteous of his generation. Son of the holy Rabbi Mordechei Shraga of Husyatin and last grandson of the holy Rabbi of Ruzhin. Was very admired by the holy Rabbi Aharon of Belz and all righteous of the generation. He was especially known for fighting the evil spirit during WWII, for this he lead the group ascending the grave of the holy Ohr HaChaim to plead for mercy and salvation. Was a great gaon but according to Ruzhin conduct of great modesty he tried to hide his greatness in Torah, therefore his Torah annotations are not found.
