Very large collection, more than 80 stencil copies that was sent from the office of Yeshivat Sefat Emet in New York to the administration of the Yeshiva in Jerusalem and to the famous Rosh Yeshiva latter the Holy Pnei Menachem Admor of Gur.
Amidst the letters, are brief descriptions of the special excursions of the Rosh Yeshiva to the Gur communities in the United States, the ‘Tishen’ conducted there, his inspiring lectures warming the hearts, visiting the wealthy providers, and many fundraising events he held on behalf of the Yeshiva.
Likewise, long lists of generous donors of the Yeshiva for letters of appreciation to be sent to them, some names marked for the Rosh Yeshiva to add a few words. Among the names, are great and important donors of Gur community in the United States in those years. Most letters are signed by Munish Weintraub.
Among the various letters, a very is clear picture on the activities of the Rosh Yeshiva the ‘Pnei Menachem’, also of the administration from the office of New York, and the deeds of the Yeshiva in Israel, revealing as well generous donors from Gur Chassidim in the United States who donated large amounts for the Yeshiva.
