Shu"t Rabbainu Menachem Azariah of Fano. First edition, Vennice about 1600’s.
Personal copy with signatures and editing of the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Greishaber and the Gaon Rabbi David Kitza, great disciples of the Holy Gaon the ‘Noda BeYehuda’.

Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Greishaber (1745-1823) was a prominent Torah scholar of his generation. He served as Rabbi in Paks, Hungary. He was a disciple of the Noda B’Yehuda of Prague and corresponded with the Noda B’Yehuda and the Chatam Sofer regarding Halachic questions. Was famous for the battle he fought against Aharon Chorin regarding the kashrut status of the "shtril" [sturgeon] fish, on which he also authored the sefer ‘Makal Noam’, for which he received approbation from the holy Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Banet. Next to his signature on the title page appears the signature of his son, the Gaon Rabbi Kalman Teibel. Hand written notations among the pages of the Sefer, perhaps he was the one editing.

Rabbi David Kitza (Probably the holy Gaon Rabbi David Deutsch, Rav of Yarmat, disciple of the Noda BeYehuda, and who’s mentioned a lot in his sefer, where he corresponded with him in Halacha and tradition. )
