Sefer ‘Melechet Shamayim’ on Hilchot Stam, authored by Rabbi Yitzchak Dov Bamberger, Abd of Würzburg (city in Germany’s Bavaria region), from great leaders of Ashkenazi Jewry, first edition, 1853. (with approbation from the ‘Aruch Laner’).

This is the personal copy of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Ginz (passed away 1857), disciple of his uncle the Gaon Rabbi Akiva Eiger (son of his brother the Gaon Rabbi Simcha Bunam Eiger). From great scholars in Wielun. He worked a lot preparing his Rebbe’s manuscripts. In the year 1830 he was accepted into the Kloize in Hamburg at the Beit Medrash of Rabbi Leib ben Rabbi Shaul. He is mentioned dozens of times in Shut Chatam Sofer.
His name appears decorated with a nice border, hand written on the title page : "משה גינז הנקרא איגר פק"ק המבורג".

Hand written list of Sefarim on the last page.
