Sefer ‘Olat Shabbat’, lectures on Torah by Rabbi Yoel Iben Shoev, disciple of the Holy Rashba, printed in Venice 1577.

Holy signature of: ‘דוד בן מהור"ר שמואל ה"ה [הוא הקטן] הלוי’ (David son of Rabbi Shamuel HaLevi) appears in the sefer on the margin of pages 55, B, by the Parashat Va’eira.
This is the pure signature of the holy ‘Turei Zahav’ Rabbi David ben Rabbi Shamuel HaLevi Rav of Krakow and Leviv, from the great poskim, Rav and leader of very prominent communities. Reverently called ‘Rabbainu Ha’Taz’, who used to sign his name with humility ‘דוד הוא הקטן’ wording taken from the verse (Shamuel A 17, 14).
This signature here is the exclusive holy pure
hand signatures of the Holy ‘Turei Zahav’,  similar to the signature of the Holy Turei Zahav in his response for permitting Aguna, which is believed to be the only signature in the world of the holy pure hand writing of the ‘Turei Zahav’. Attached is a professionals authorization, the renowned Rabbi Yitzchak Yeshaye Weis,
confirms this signature as the one of the Holy Taz, ‘Turei Zahav’, from only one other existing in the world.

Rabbi of the Jewish Nation Rabbainu HaTaz – Rabbi David Segal (1586-1667), son of the prominent Rabbi Shamuel HaLevi, was one of the greatest Polish rabbinical authorities poskim who has risen among the Jews. Renowned especially for his significant halachic commentary on the Shulchan Aruch. Son-in-law of the Holy ‘Bach’ (Beit-Chadash).  
The Holy Reitz of Lubavitch said in the name of the Holy elder Rebbe the Baal HaTanya, that all other authors up till the Holy Taz and ‘Shach’, composed their sacred sefarim with Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).  
It is known that the Holy Divrei Chaim of Sanz, would not go to bed before mentioning the Holy Taz.
