Malvani family from the Torino community in Italy. The Chacham Rabbi Yisrael Torino served as a shochet (ritual slaughterer) in the city, in the 18th century, he left after him manuscripts from the sefer ‘Yemin Yisrael’ on the laws of ‘shechita’, ‘Kisui HaDam’ (covering the blood), and ‘bedika'(inspection).
Rabbi David Malach, was from the scholars and dayanim of Livorno in the 18th century.
