Printed at the beginning of the title page: "על מסכת ברכות וביצה" (On Tractate Brachot and Beitza)
But apparently after the Noda BeYehuda became sick he did not have enough time to also publish his innovations on Tractate Beitza therefor taped on the above line a piece of paper with the printed caption: "על מסכת ברכות" (on Tractate Brachot).

Rabbainu Yechezkel Segal Landau (1713-1793). Was from the greatest Poskim of all generations. In his youth he acquired Torah and wisdom sitting among the members of the famous Kloiz in Brody. Still at the age of 20, in the year 1734 was appointed as Rav in one of the four courthouses operating in Brody. After the verdict he gave against one of the prominent families of the city he was advised to leave the city of Brody, but as a protest the Dayanim that sat with him on the trial left together with him, the holy Gaon Rabbi Meir Margulies author of ‘Meir Netivim’ and the Holy Rabbi Gershon of Kitov (brother-in-law of the Holy Baal Shem Tov). From Brody the holy Noda BeYehuda moved to Yampul, there he founded a Yeshiva and established many disciples. In the year 1755 he was requested to serve as the highest position of the Prague Rabbinate. He agreed to accept and served this position until his passing. Many basked in his light and turned to him from all over Europe with Halachic questions.
