Personal copy with full signature of the great Gaon Rabbi Menachem Mendel Zak Rav of Riga capital of Latvia, from the great sages of the generation, who was appointed to serve as Cheif Rabbi of the Chareidi Jewry in Israel after the passing of the great Gaon Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld, which eventually did not work out.
