Sefer ‘Maynei HaYeshuah’, commentary on Sefer Daniel, authored by Rabbi [Don] Yitzchak Abarbenel. Second edition. Amsterdam 1647.

Personal copy with hand signature of the great gaon Rabbi Yitzchak of Gabin, as is written on the second Latin title page: ‘שייך לכבוד הרב אב"ד פרשיסחא ה"ה המאה"ג החריף החסיד המפורסם מו"ה יצחק שפירא מגומבין’, and also with hand signature of :יודא לייב מווארבל חופק"ק גומבין והגליל, author of sefer ‘Medrash Ketubah’.


The great gaon Rabbi [Alexander] Sender Yehuda Leib Margulios abd of Gabin and its environs. Passed away in 1841. Authored sefer ‘Medrash Ketubah’ includes innovations and annotations on Tractate Ketubot. Warsaw 1823. Also brought in Shut Rabbainu Akiva Eiger second edition response 47. Son of the great philanthropist R’ Naftali Herz Segal Margalios from Kalisz son of the gaon Rabbi Yessacher, from descendants of the gaon Rabbi Shlomo Luria, the holy Mahrshal. From his mothers side he was a grandson of the renowned gaon of his generation Rabbi Yosef Chaim abd and Ram of the community of Kalisz and Kroměříž author of sefer ‘Kol HaKatuv LaChaim’ son of the great gaon of the generation Rabbi Alexander Sender HaKohen abd Leslau (Wloclawek, Poland), fifth generation of holy Maharal of Prague.
