"מזכרת גיטין" Manuscript of Seder Gitin written in Bucharest by Rabbi Chaim Shamuel Schor in the years 1912-1923, and notations clarifying the names written on a get-(divorce). In the notations criticizes names among them new names, like the names: Musha, Shlomka, Moshka, Ana, Alter, Zanvel, Pesach, Rusia, Pinya, Sima, Tanya, Berish, The Rav also asses according to the Poskim about the question when to forward the name given at birth and when to go ahead with the name more frequently being used.

[3] pages., 20 cm. Manuscripts of Rabbi Chaim Shamuel Schor, his signature  "הק’ חיים" appears on one of the pages.

Rabbi Chaim Shamuel Schor. Son of Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Schor abd Bucharest, from Poskim of the generation renowned as a great expert in the subject of Gitin. Author of ‘Toldot Adam’, ‘Tiferet Adam’, ‘Chok HaDayanim’, and more. Rabbi Chaim Shamuel was born in 1871, from 1893 he was abd of Bucharest, after he stood at the head of the Orthodox Jewish group who separated from the Beit HaKnesset HaKorali (Temple Coral) of Budapest, of which Rav Dr. Meir Beck stood at its head, and founded a separate community in a smaller Beit Knesset. Rabbi Yitzchak E. Schor tryed to gather all Orthodox Jews of Romania. He joined the first Knessia HaGedola of Agudat Yisrael in 1923.

Aging stains, wear and tear on the margins of the pages with light damage to individual letters. Fair -good condition.
