A large Torah scroll (Parashat Yetro) with the Ten Commandments! Converted to a drum.

The large ‘Gevil’ Sefer Torah, was robbed by the Nazis in World War II. This is a shocking evidence to the unimaginable cynicism and cruelty of the Nazis, who deliberately attacked the holy of holies of the Jewish people and made them into very simple everyday tools.

This item was in front of the eyes of Rabbi Shmuel Wosner, author of the "Shevet Halevi", who ruled that it should not be concealed or rehabilitated, but on the contrary, its existence will serve as silent record of a fragment of the horror the Jewish people experienced from the hands of the Nazi murderers during the Holocaust era.

Supplied in a special plastic box (dimensions: 46X14X41 cm).
