At their end, "Shut and Likkutim that were found in a manuscript by the holy sage the Dayan Rabbi Binyomin Duran". 

[34] leaves, [2] columns per page, 23 cm. Fine Sephardic script. Stamps "שמואל חיים ן’ הרוש מיקיניס". The handwriting was identified by a handwriting expert as that of Rabbi Yosef Binyomin Duran. At its end, an additional manuscript with a copying of Shut and Likkutim by Rabbi Binyomin Duran. Editing on the side of one of the pages. Glued to the last leaf is a small leaf (8X4 cm.) covering a part of the text and on which [7] lines were handwritten. 

The sage Rabbi Yosef Binyomin Duran. A Dayan of the Beis Din of Rabbi Yehuda Ayash, tenth generation since the Rashbatz (Rabbi Shimon ben Tzemach Duran). He travelled to Livorno and published the writings of the Rashbatz: "Yavin Shemuah", "Ma’amar Chametz" amd "Kuntrasim Nosafim" (Livorno, 1744) and made efforts to published the Rashbash Shut. He was one of the rabbis who met the "Or HaChaim HaKadosh", Rabbi Chaim Ben Atar on his way from Morocco to the Land of Israel and approbated his Seforim "Or HaChaim" (venice, 1742) and "Pri Toar" (Perot Genossar, Amsrterdam, 1742). Appears as a signatory on letters, regulations and Halachic responsum by the rabbis of Algeria. Wrote an introduction to Rabbi Yehuda Ayash’s Sefer "Beis Yehuda" (Livorno, 1745) and a responsum to him was written in the Sefer "Beis yehuda" by Rabbi Yehuda Ayash. For his living, he worked in commerce and merited Torah and wealth. Passed away in 1758. Was the brother of Rabbi Chaim Yonah Duran.

Rabbi Shmuel Chaim ben Rabbi Shlomo Ben Harush, of the Sages of Makhnes, signed in 1881 the appointment of Rabbi Shmuel Toledano as the collector of the weekly prize and resposible for its distribution as he sees fit. He also signed in 1886 a regulation that every birthing woman will give charity in the name of Rachel Imeinu to ease her pains and for the poor of the Land of Israel.
