Rabbi Yosef halevi Hagiz (1886-1974), a multifarious person, a member of the Ashkenazic City Coucil of Jerusalem, a merchant and industrialist, the founder and director of Agudat Tadchatz (Torah, Dat, Chessed, Tzeddakah), the direcor of Yosef Levi Hagiz Publication, the founder of the settlement Achuzat Naftali, one of the leaders of Pagi and active on matters of Torah and charity in Tiberius. His branched activity is indicated by the collection of documents before us.
