Old Receipt from "Chevra Mezonot DeBachurim D’KK Tosh". Tosh, 1899.
On the receipt it is written that R. Yehuda Leib Friedlander donated food for the yeshiva students for the month of Shevat. Appearing at the end of the receipt is an official stamp of "Chevra Mezonot DeBachurim D’KK Tosh". Before us is a record of the lively Jewish life in Hungary before World War I, the generation of the Holy Rabbi Yeshaya of Kerestir.
