[4], [28] leaves, 302 pp. 22 cm. Two title pages in Hebrew and one in Romanian. At the beginning of the book "letters and poems by great rabbis and poets", including correspondence with Sir Moses Montefiore. With a leaf of folding maps 40X34 cm. mounted on the front binding.
The book deals with a description of Earth, while using knowledge of many sciences including geography, oceanography, chemistry and physics, metrology, astronomy, botanics, anthropology, history and more.
Detached binding, agings stains, fair-good condition.
