118, [2] leaves, 21 cm. Ownership notations on the flyleaves. Stamp on the title page. Ownership signature from 1919 ‘R. Aharon Goldstein’. After the approbations, handwritten scholarly editing on the margins of approx. [40] pages, most of them on leaves that were mounted on the external margins.

The Holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Ganzfried (1804-1886), the Rav of Ungvar. Authored many books including: Keset Sofer, Torat Zevach, Lechem VeSimlah, Ohalei Shem however, became renowned manily due to his important Sefer ‘Kitzur Shulchan Aruch’, the basic Sefer for every Jewish house.

Renewed binding, tear and gluing on leaf 4, blemishes to the lower part of several leaves affecting a limited number of words, stains, good general condiiton.
