It is common knowledge that the Holy Admorim of Belz made sure their Divrei Torah were not printed. This source is one of the earliest and most rare one containing the Divrei Torah of the Holy Rabbi the ‘Sar Shalom’ of Belz, printed only two decades after his passing.
