The personal copy with the handwritten signature of the renowned Gaon Rabbi Moshe Landsberg, one of the Dayanin of the Beis Din of the Gaon Rabbi Akiva Eiger in Posna. With an addition of a lengthy editing inside the sefer, a short editing comment and a lengthy page on the flyleaf laden with innovations handwritten by him. With an additional German signature by him.

The Gaon Rabbi Moshe Landsberg [1801-1884], a member of the Beis Din of his Gaon Rav Rabbi Akiva Eiger in Posna. One of the greatest Dayanim of his generation. His figure appears in the well-known picture depicting Rabbi Akiva Eiger walking on a street with two Dayanim, one of them being the Gaon Rabbi Moshe.
