Letter of recommendation issued by the office of the Jewish Orthodox Center of Transilvania (Siebenburgen) on behalf of the rabbis of Romania. Klozh, 1937.

Stenciled letter by the rabbis of Romania, including: rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar, Rabbi Ben Zion Wiesel of Torda, Rabbi Yaakov Panet of Des. With the signature and stamp of Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Panet of Karlsburg. Beneath it, a letter handwritten and signed by Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak Nimirov the Chief Rabbi of Romania. The signatories of the letter call to support a fundraiser held by Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Panet, the Chief Rabbi of Alba-Julia (Karlsburg), for the rehabilitation of the synagogue and the Rav’s house which were destroyed by rioters in Alba-Julia [Karlsburg], subsequent to national celebrations that were held in the city.
