"These are the regulations which were fixed by the rabbis exiles of Castile … and they elaborated and added several things" (in the copyu before us leaf [5] p. 2). Manuscript of the book of regulations, on matters of inheritance between a man and his wife, matters of Treifos, and more, by the leaders of the comunity of exiles of Castile who settled in Morocco.
[11] leaves, 19 cm. Sephardic script. Among the regulations: "Regulations how he can marry another wife and many matters of women", "A summary of the regulations that were fixed here in Maknes". The manuscript requires thorough research to understand when and where it was written and how much it differs from the printed version.
New binding, stains, moth holes, good condition.
