Pesak Borerut by the Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschil Rabin of Jeslow-Safed a descendent of the Holy Rav of Ropshitz and the Holy Rav of Lizhensk, in the years close to his passing. Safed, 1904. 

In the Psak Halacha, the Holy Rav of Jeslow makes peace between two important litigators from Safed, who disagrred on building Chassidic houses in the city of Kabbalists Safed. He gets into the thick of things, going right to the heart of the dispute and its details.

The Holy Rav Avraham Yehoshua Heschil Rabin of Jeslow [passed away in 1909] the son of the Holy Rav Rabbi Elimelech Rabin of Sokolov the son of the Holy Rav Rabbi Asher Yeshaya of Ropshitz the son-in-law of the Holy Rav Rabbi Naftali of Ropshitz and the great-grandson of the Holy Rav of Opatow. Grew up in the house his uncle the Holy Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Rubin the son-in-law of the Holy Rav the Sar Sholom of Belz. For 19 years he served as the Rav of Sokolov and as the Rav of Jeslow for 19 years and in 1899 he immigrated to Safed where he lived and served as Av beis Din of the Estreich and Ungarin communities for 19 years.
