Copy of Sefer Naggid UMetzaveh by the Kabbalist Rav Rabbi Yaakov Chaim Tzemach [ca. 1584-1677], a disciple of Rabbi Shmuel Vital, handwritten entirely by Rabbi Yosef Yehuda ben Rabbi Shaul Menachem Ventura. Fenal community [Finale Emilia, Italy], ca. 1725.

112 leaves, 19 cm. 

Rabbi Shaul Menachem Ventura was in charge of the "Chevras Gemilus Chassadim" in Finale Emilia and printed the "Seder Tzidduk HaDin UVakashot" (mantova, 1736).
