Possibly, the Rav Maharik Av Beis Din of Frankfurt is Rabbi Yosef Josefow Kashman [Kossman] of Frankfurt ben Rabbi Moshe Halevi. Rabbi Yosef Josefow Kashman’s Sefer, "Noheg Ketzon Yosef", was published in its author’s lifetime in (1717).
