Letter of blessing by the Admor author of the Ohalei Yaakov of Husiatyn for a conference of Agudas Yisroel, Tel-Aviv, 1951. 

In the letter, the Holy Admor Rabbi Yaakov of Husiatyn blesses the managment of Agudas Yisroel in Tel-Aiv for the conference and thanks them for the invitation to take part in it. He ends with the blessing: "And may its results bear good fruit for raising the banner of the Holy Torah".

The Holy Admor Rabbi Yaakov of Husiatyn (1878-1956), one of the great rabbis of Tel-Aviv in its first years. Was born to his father the Holy Rabbi Yitzchak of Bohush and married his relative Mrs. Chaya Sarah Rachel the daughter of the Holy Rabbi Yisroel of Husiatyn. Ever since his wedding, he did not leave his in-law’s side. With the outbreak of World War II, the rabbi and his in-law moved to Vienna, where Rabbi Yaakov became a preeminent Zionist activist. In 1937, he immigrated to the Land of Israel and lived with his in-law at the renowned Beis Midrash on Bialik St. in Tel-Aviv. After his in-law’s passing and by his last will and testament, he was appointed his successor as Admor. Authored the Sefer Ohalei Yaakov.
