Yeshu’os and Refu’os! Kabbalistic Sefer ‘Shimush Tehillim’, with which the Holy Rav Rabbi Elazar Mendel of Lelov conducted prayers on Tza’ar HaShechina and pleadingly worked miracles for Am Yisroel near the Western Wall. Stamped with his holy stamp ‘אלעזר מנחם בן הה"צ הר’ משה זצלה"ה, ירושלים עיה"ק ת"ו’. 

The holy Sefer Shimush Tehillim, attributed to Rabbeinu Hai Gaon, which Rabbeinu the Rashba indicated in his Shut [Siman 113] that all Yisroel and Gedolei Yisroel agree can work miracles, instructing how to use each and every chapter of Sifrei Tehilos David Malka Meshicha, for success, Yeshuah, difficult birth, and to be protected against any afflictions, trouble, sorrow and damage. 

The miniature copy before us, which can be carried in one’s pocket, is stamped with the stamp of the exalted Tzaddik, the miracle-worker, the Holy Rav Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mendel of Lelov, the son of the Holy Rabbi Moshe of Lelov, who immigrated with his father to the Holy Land, to hasten the coming of the Messiah, leading the Chassidic Yishuv of Jerusalem – where he worked miracles for many thousands. 

The Holy Rav Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mendel of Lelov [1827-1883] the son of the Holy Rabbi Moshe of Lelov who immigrated to the Holy land in his final days. rabbi Elazar Mendel of Lelov was the first Chassid Tzaddik who led his community in Jerusalem, who constantly said the verses of Tehillim, especially near the Western Wall, the place from which the Shechina does not move, or in the cave of Shimon Hatzaddik. Often, he instructed the people of Jerusalem to say certain Kapitlach, thus working miracles with the power of Ne’im Zemirot Yisroel King David. Wonderous stories are admiringly told of the miracles he worked and to this day, the many thousands who come to his grave, are saved. 

The holy stamp of the Holy Rav Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mendel appears in its entirety at th ebeginning of ‘Shimush Tehillim’.
