Heter Agunah letter handwritten and signed by the great Gaon Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinski, Vilna, 1930.
In his letter, Geon Hador Rabbi Chaim Ozer responds to Rabbi Baruch Kanstam, one of the rabbis of Pozna, referring to a question about an Agunah. He permits her to marry whoever she wants based on the information Rabbi Baruch had given him without a doubt and with no fear. Rabbi Chaim Ozer adds that he had wanted to discuss the matter at length, yet "I do not wish to delay the matter due to my many concerns regarding the matters of the town and other urgent problems".
Rabbi Chaim Ozer notes that he enclosed as a token of his love and friendship the Sefer ‘Achi’ezer’ on Even HaEzer.
