‘ Complete health and an abundance of blessing and success and a happy and Kosher passover’. Lengthy letter of blessings handwritten by the Holy Admor Rabbi Meshulam Zussia of Chernobyl, Bnei Berak. Adar [1964].
Lengthy letter [19 lines] sent to the Tzaddik Rabbi Sholom Yechezkel Sheraga Rubin Halberstam of Tzeshinov-New York. Written entirely by the holy hand of the Holy Admor Rabbi Meshulam Zussia of Chernobyl, the beloved grandson of the Holy Rav Rabbi Yeshaya of Tchechov the youngest son of the Holy Rav the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. The letter deals with charity for a relative who had many children and lived in great poverty. At the end of his letter, an abundance of blessings for great success in all matters, for complete salvation and redemption, health and a joyful Purim and happy and Kosher Passover. "Expecting the mercy of heaven and close salvation, respectfully Meshulam Zussia the son of the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Yitzchak".
The Holy Rav Rabbi Meshulam Zussia Twersky of Chernobyl Leviev [1910-1988], the first of the Admorim of Chernobyl after the Holocaust, son after son of the Tzaddikim of Chernobyl and Leviev, the son of the daughter of the Holy Rav Rabbi Yeshaya of Tchechov, who was raised and educated by him and received much from him. Escaped before the Holocaust and immigrated by himself to Eretz Yisroel. He established his Beis Midrash first in Jerusalem and then in Bnei Berak and many gathered around him, admirers of the holy courts of Chernobyl and Sanz. Was renowned for the power of his prayer and his great modesty. His great son-in-law was the Holy Admor the Mahari of Vizhnitz.
