Enthusiastic letter on charity and public matters by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Raphael Baruch Toledano the Rav of Meknes and the future Rav of the North African Jews of Israel. Bnei Berak, 1970.
The letter is addressed to the renowned activist R. Menachem Porush. Written in Solitreo (Chatzi Kulmus), Sephardic script, and most of it deals with public matters, blessings for R. Porush being appointed the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem and charity matters pertaining to the Gemach owned by R. Porush.
Handwritten entriely by him on unknown and unfamiliar stationery. Extremely rare. Filing holes. 21X17 cm. Very good condition.
