Wedding invitation, Rabbi Yisroel Meir Lau Shalita, the future Chief Rabbi of Israel, with Mrs. Chayuta the daughter of Rabbi Yitzchak Yedidya Frankel Rav in Tel Aviv. Tel Aviv 1960.
Invitation to the wedding of "The great Bachur Rabbi Yisroel Meir (the son of the Holy Gaon Ramach Av Beis Din of Piotrkow) with the bride Chaya Itta". Tel Aviv, 1960. At the age of 8, the child Yisroel Meir was fatherless and motherless and the youngest prisoner that was released from the Buchenwald Concentration Camp. He immigrated to Israel and was raised by his uncle Rabbi Mordechai Fogelman, the first Rav of Kiryas Motzkin, whose name appears on the invitation on the bridegroom’s side.
