Et Sofer [First section], Likut Rishonim and Achronim on 28 Kelalim, authored by the Holy Gaon Rabbi Zusman Sofer, first edition, Paks 1888.
The personal copy of the author’s favorite disciple Rabbi Kalman Weber Av Beis Din of Piestany (who was also a disciple of the Holy Gaon author of the Shevet Sofer). In 1919 he acted to establish the orthodox union ‘Lishkat Hayere’im’ in Slovakia and was appointed its leader.
The Holy Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Zusman Sofer [1830-1902] the renowned Rav of Paks, the son of Rabbi Mordechai Ephraim Fischel Sofer, loyal assistant of Maran the ‘Chasam Sofer’. He was orphaned at a young age and moved to Pressburg under the care of his Rav the ‘Kesav Sofer’, from whom he acquired most of his wisdom until he became renowned as one of the greatest of his generation. Served as the Rav of several important communities: Halas, Meisha, Paks and more. Authored many Seforim in addition to the one before us: ‘Yalkus Eliezer’ (1871), ‘Mele’ah Ketoret’ (1872), ‘Damesek Eliezer’ (1880), ‘Sefer HaMiknah’ (1884).

The body of the Sefer is slightly loose, several restorations, stains. Condition: fair-good.
