Jerusalem Talmud, Zeraim, . Two title pages – noting different places of printing: Yisroel Ben Yitzchak Press Kapust / Mordechai Ben Shmuel Halevi Horowitz Shklow, [1812].
Jerusalem Talmud, 1, Zeraim. Kapust / Shklow, [1812]. With important approbations from the Kapust edition, including, side-by-side, the approbation by the holy Rav Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev and the approbation by the Gaon Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin.
This volume is identical to the Kapust 1812 edition, yet with a different title page and an additonal title page from Shklow. Doubt exists as to whether the body of the Sefer was printed in Kapust of Shklow. The title page of Kapust notes "from tractate Berachos and the entire Seder Zeraim" whereas the title page of Shklow notes "from Seder Zeraim Tractate Shvi’is and Terumos and Me’asros". Possibly, tractates Berachos, Peah, Demai and Kilayim were printed in Kapust and the other tractates of Seder Zeraim were printed in Shklow. See: Ginzei Yisrael, Y. Yudlov, Jerusalem 1985, no. 140; Ohel Rachel, A.C. Liberman, New York 1980, p. 166.
